If you think that your Spyslide webcam cover does not function the way you expected it to work, or you had some issues while applying it on your laptop, get in touch and let us know how we can help. If it appears that its due to the product we will send you a new one immediately. Still not satisfied after receiving your new Spyslide? Please let us know by email why you are not satisfied or what went wrong and we will come with a solution!
When we have received your order, we will process it immediately and send it to your home within 48 hours. Your product will be shipped from Amsterdam, The Netherlands, the hometown of our company. Therefore, please give our mailman some time to deliver it to your beautiful country. If you still did not receive anything after about 2-10 working days get in touch and we will see what we can do to track your order.
As a consumer, you have all the right to cancel or return your order within a 14 days time period. After cancellation of your order you have an additional 14 days to actually ship the product back. After the product is received back you will get your order amount back immediatly. Only the shipment costs of the returning order will be on your account. The product should be returned in a decent way including its package with no parts or accessories missing, only then the amount will be refunded.
